Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn garments with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer of your choice.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
